2. Booking & Payments

All projects require a deposit or full payment before work begins (depending on the package).Payments are made via secure online platforms. Any delays in payment may delay project completion.Ongoing services (like hosting, updates, or automations) may require monthly subscriptions.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, clients must:

Provide required materials (logos, content, access) on time.Respond promptly to revision requests and feedback.

Review and approve final versions before launch.

We’re not liable for delays caused by missing info or slow communication.

4. Revisions & Delivery

Most packages include 1–2 rounds of revisions. Major scope changes may incur additional fees.

Final delivery includes access to your GoHighLevel system or website as agreed upon.We do not provide refunds once the core build has begun, unless otherwise stated.

5. Intellectual Property

Clients retain rights to their branding and content.Ignitrize retains the right to showcase finished projects in our portfolio unless requested otherwise.

You may not resell, duplicate, or redistribute our proprietary frameworks or code without consent.

6. Website Hosting & Integrations

If your site is hosted through GoHighLevel:

You are subject to their platform’s terms of service and limitations.

You are responsible for any third-party tools or subscriptions used in your funnel/CRM setup.

7. Disclaimers

We aim to improve your conversions and automation, but we cannot guarantee specific business results. Marketing success depends on your offer, market, and execution.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ignitrize is not liable for:

Loss of revenue due to downtime, user error, or external platform issues.

Data loss from third-party tools or platforms.

Any actions taken by you or your team that alter or break the final product post-delivery.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms as needed. Updates will be posted with a new “Effective Date.”
